Description
Welcome to the first month's Marvel comics of 1998.
January '98 is the first of three torrents which have been uploaded previously, many thanks to diesmurfdie and the team who stepped up and added nine months to the Chronology at a time when it looked as if the project was set to end. A great shame that they were unable to continue their work for various reasons.
Also included in this torrent is a Fill for 1997/03, which includes issue 1 of Casper and Friends, many thanks to dragonwings1964 for discovering that!
I can report now that there are no outstanding regular issues for the year, the only missing titles are the Battlebooks for the following:
Colossus
Iron Man
Rogue
Spider-Man
Storm
1998 sees the launch, at the end of the year, of one of the most fan-supported titles of recent years - Spider-Girl - more on that in the next torrent which sees the story that introduced the idea of Spider-Man having a Spider-Girl!
Thanks to all the scanners and uploaders who have made these comics available, and as always massive thanks to Chuck for starting the Chronology in the first place.
